Liaison for the gathering of information for submission of loans for Closing Disclosure (CD) Issuance. Collaborate with applicable parties to meet target close date through time management of tasks and pipeline reporting. Ensure accuracy of data being submitted for CD Issuance: homeowners, taxes, fees, payoffs and applicable invoices for third party fees.
Work closely with both Internal and External Customers such as co-workers, borrower(s) and Settlement Agents.

Associate's degree plus a minimum of 1 year prior business experience or a minimum of 1 year combined M&T Closing experience and customer service experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined 3 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year prior business experience or a minimum of 1 year combined M&T Closing experience and customer service experience
Strong PC skills with knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and email software.
Ability to make sound decisions based on information provided.
Versatility and flexibility working within an ever changing fast paced mortgage environment.

Prior Mortgage experience in Mortgage Closing whether at a Lender, Title Company or Settlement Agent’s office.
