As a Mortgage Broker Assistant, you will support the end-to-end backend operations of the mortgage process, ensuring loan applications move smoothly from preparation to settlement. This includes managing CRM updates, document collection, application preparation, and lender follow-ups.
You will take ownership of the pipeline, proactively keeping deals on track while also supporting process improvements to help the business scale efficiently.

This role will work directly and closely with the founder, providing hands-on support as their sole assistant in the business.
