Our client, a specialist finance brokerage based in North London, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join their high-performing team. Established and growing, they have built a strong introducer network that generates at least one pre-qualified lead for you daily. As a Mortgage Broker, you'll work with a diverse client base while being supported by a hands-on management team and a streamlined CRM system designed to help you succeed.

This Mortgage Broker role offers the autonomy of self-employment combined with the security of a 6-month retainer as you build your pipeline. You'll benefit from dedicated administrative support, allowing you to focus on what matters most building client relationships and closing deals. The team specialises in working with high-net-worth and offshore clients seeking UK property finance solutions, giving you access to quality cases and rewarding commission structures.

Mortgage Broker Requirements

- CeMAP qualification (essential)
- 1–2 years' experience as a mortgage adviser or finance broker
- Proactive, client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
