The Role

As a Mortgage Broker with PictureWealth Lending, you will:

• Manage inbound referrals and client enquiries
• Deliver tailored lending solutions aligned to each client’s broader financial strategy
• Guide clients through the full lending journey, from strategy and application through to settlement
• Work closely with Financial Advisers and internal support teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Maintain compliance and uphold high standards of professional and ethical service

About You

You’re a lending professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to do great work in a supportive, well-structured environment. You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in mortgage broking or lending (bank or non-bank)
• A natural ability to connect with clients and guide them through important financial decisions
• A client-first mindset, with pride in delivering quality outcomes
• A collaborative approach and interest in working closely with advisers and support teams
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred, but not essential)
