In this role, you will work with a wide variety of clients, from first time buyers through to established business owners seeking commercial finance solutions. You will guide them through important funding decisions, helping them secure the right borrowing for their personal or business goals. With exposure to both regulated and commercial cases, you can expect to build deeper technical knowledge and enjoy more rewarding case sizes.

Mortgage and Commercial Finance Broker Requirements

• You must have the CeMAP qualification
• You must have experience as a Mortgage Advisor

• Experience handling commercial or more complex cases is desirable
• An existing client bank or introducer relationships is desirable
• Ability to work on a self-employed basis and attend the Guildford office once per week is essential
