You will provide professional mortgage and protection advice to private clients, building your own pipeline while benefiting from an established infrastructure that handles processing and administrative tasks so you can focus entirely on client advice and business growth.

A typical week

• Providing compliant, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to residential and buy-to-let clients
• Proactively networking and establishing relationships with introducers and professional partners
• Conducting comprehensive fact-finds to evaluate individual borrowing needs and financial circumstances
• Recommending tailored mortgage structures and protection portfolios suitable for long-term objectives
• Partnering with in-house administration support to take cases smoothly from application to completion

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent industry-recognised mortgage qualification (Essential)
• Proven track record or clear demonstrated capability in business development and lead generation (Essential)
• Background within mortgage broking, banking, or financial services advice (Essential)
• Working knowledge of mortgage sourcing software and CRM platforms (Desirable)
• Ambition and self-discipline required to manage a successful self-employed pipeline (Essential)
