Mortgage Advisor Requirements
• CAS status as a Mortgage Advisor is essential
• Proven experience writing mortgage business independently
• Ability to generate own leads alongside company support
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior advisers is desirable
• Level 3 CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification required
