This leading name within mortgage industry is looking to recruit entrepreneurial Mortgage Advisors.

Their team of self-employed Mortgage Advisors has grown sizeably, due to many Mortgage Advisors looking to benefit from the high levels of support and commission being provided.

Their package of support includes:

• Range of business development tools, with multitude of new and existing marketing literature available for you to use
• Full social media training, with many of their Advisors generating leads from the strategies provided
• Effective client relationship management system that effortlessly allows you to update your clients on latest news and will remind you when their product is nearing expiry
• Help in identifying local introducers for you to create referral relationships
• Discounts on several lead provision companies
• Ability to have your own branding (e.g. own logo, branding, website and bespoke social media)
• Potential to become equity release qualified and licensed
• Support with leads initially to help you begin building a pipeline

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• You should have experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• You should hold full CeMAP or equivalent
• You should have desire to become self-employed

The Company

This leading name in the mortgage profession has a team of circa 400 Mortgage Advisors. They are keen to develop their team of remote home based Mortgage Advisors who receive full business development support.

Mortgage Advisor Benefits

• Self-employed role with OTE of £50,000 - £85,000
• Tiered commission rates between 75% - 85%, depending on performance
• Ability to earn additional income through various referral schemes
• Fully home based role
