United Bank is searching for driven individuals who are profoundly detailed, along with focused on helping our customers by meeting their mortgage loan objectives. The Mortgage Administration Officer position is a fundamental position at United Bank. You have the important role of supporting key mortgage lending operations and compliance functions. The Mortgage Administration Officer completes mortgage disclosures, construction draws, mortgage rate locks, and communicates with hedging vendors, and investor loan delivery. Provides oversight of Collateral Tracking documents to complete the mortgage loan file. This position serves as a back up to Processor(s) and/or Closer(s) to ensure excellent customer service. The Mortgage Administration Officer will assist in the management of compliance related lending regulations, coordination and response to internal audits, third party auditors, and secondary market quality control.
This position requires:
- 1 year certificate from college or technical school;
- Minimum of 5 years of processing and/or underwriting related experience and/or training;
- OR combination of both education and experience;
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex document including financial reports and legal documents;
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community;
- Regular sitting;
- Utilizing hands & arms;
- Ability to talk & hear.
