GENERAL SUMMARY:Originates loans for the purpose of resale on the secondary market. Originating loans outside of place of business over 50% of the time. These duties include: determining the appropriate loan program, interest rate selection, collecting and analyzing financial data from borrowers to determine creditworthiness. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Seeing: 75-100% Must be able to read documents, use computer Hearing: 75-100% Must be able to communicate with customers and co-workers in person and on the telephone.
Standing/Walking: 25-49% Must be able to visit with the Loan Officer, go to areas of the office to use copier & fax machines, etc.
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 25-49% Must be able to kneel or stoop to file mortgage loan files in cabinets.
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling 75-100% Must be able to use computer, write and place paperwork in file folders. PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS:Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
