Morning Baker – Join Our Growing Production Team

Location: Herlev, Copenhagen
Hours: Approx. 04:00–12:00, 5 days a week

About Us:

Cadence is a vibrant brunch restaurant and bakery based in Copenhagen. As we expand and open our new bakery production hub in Herlev, we’re looking for talented bakers to join our team in an exciting early-morning role.

Your Role:

As a Morning Baker, you’ll play a key role in our production process, ensuring the highest standards in baking and supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sourdough starters and proofing schedules
• Bake bread and pastries to a consistently high standard
• Organize and prepare customer deliveries
• Assist with general production tasks, including mixing doughs, creams, and other prep work

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in baking, especially with sourdough and laminated pastries
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
• Good organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Reliability and comfort with early morning hours
