Your Role

• Lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and Group standards.
• Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction, managing non-conformities and complaints effectively.
• Drive prevention through audits, risk analysis, control plans, and process monitoring.
• Track and improve Quality KPIs, reducing defects and cost of poor quality through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage internal and external audits, certifications, and product approvals.
• Lead and develop the Quality team while promoting a strong quality culture across the organization.

Your Background

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Quality roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, audits, quality tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in managing non-conformities, customer complaints, and CAPA processes.
• Familiarity with tools such as FMEA, control plans, and process capability analysis.
• Hands-on, data-driven mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
