Job Description

Your role

Coordinate the laboratory team to ensure a consistent and efficient flow supporting production.

Act as a key interface with Sales, Production, and external customers during inspections and audits.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality across manufacturing processes.

Oversee all quality-related equipment used in final testing and production, ensuring reliability and compliance.

Monitor daily manufacturing activities on the shop floor, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.

Ensure effective cross-functional communication, facilitating root cause analysis and timely issue resolution.

Support and participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.

About you

Proven experience in a quality, laboratory, or manufacturing environment within an industrial/production setting.

Strong understanding of quality management systems, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, root cause analysis)

Experience in dealing with different teams, with the ability to drive performance and accountability.

Solid knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functions

Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to work directly on the shop floor and identify improvement opportunities.
