Job Description

As a Moonlight Agent, you are the face of W Prague during evening and overnight hours. You deliver bold, personalized service aligned with W’s spirit — creating memorable experiences from arrival to departure.

You manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest requests, coordinate with departments, and ensure smooth night operations while embodying W’s Whatever/Whenever® philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Anticipate needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and special requests with confidence.
• Deliver exceptional service to VIP and leisure guests.

Front Desk Operations

• Process check-ins/check-outs and manage reservations.
• Verify payments and ensure billing accuracy.
• Assign rooms based on preferences and availability.
• Prepare reports and maintain shift logs.

Cash & Compliance

• Process payments and balance cash bank.
• Follow accounting, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Protect guest privacy and confidential information.

Teamwork

• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other teams.
• Maintain professional communication and appearance standards.
