Oversee PIO installations and processes and troubleshoot installation problems. Lead PIO employees and staff to timely and accurate task completion.
Responsibilities
• Provide leadership to PIO team members
◦ Ensure the PIO installation procedures and processes are followed
◦ Correct parts issues and any other obstacles to production
◦ Certified in all accessory installations
◦ Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair installation issues
◦ Ensure all team members documentation requirements are met
◦ Ensure all team members understand the requirement to follow the customer's installation instruction sheets
◦ Ensure all team members can read and understand customer quality requirements
• Ensure all team member installations meet or exceed quality specifications
◦ Perform periodic audits to ensure installations are accurately and effectively installed
◦ Oversee the tool control program for PIO shift and ensure accountability and accuracy of required tools and materials.
◦ Continuously improve accessory installation processes and recommend adjustments
