Laut österreichischem Gesetz sind wir verpflichtet das Mindestgehalt in Stellenausschreibungen anzugeben. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Stelle beträgt bei Erfüllung der Anforderungen nach dem Kollektivvertrag der metalltechnischen Industrie mindestens 41.270,46 € brutto pro Jahr bezogen auf Vollzeit und 14 Bezüge. Selbstverständlich sind wir bereit, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, diesen Wert zu überzahlen und legen den tatsächlichen Lohn und die Einstufung in einem gemeinsamen Gespräch fest.
