Job Description

The MS Product & Application Specialist - East Region, serves as the dual-function expert responsible for both product commercialization and clinical application support across the Monitoring Solutions (MS) portfolio in the Eastern region of Korea (Northern Seoul & Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Gyeongsang, Jeju). This role bridges strategic product management with hands-on clinical education to accelerate growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure optimal clinical adoption of GE HealthCare's monitoring technologies.

  • Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
    • Execute the AKA Monitoring Solutions (MS) strategy in Korea for the Eastern region (Northern Seoul & Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Gyeongsang, Jeju), providing market feedback to address zone-specific issues and commercial priorities.
    • Gather quantitative and qualitative market data across MS and adjacent PCS segments operating in the Western region.
    • Collect competitive intelligence on MS products within the territory and relay insights to the AKA MS Modality Manager.
    • Stay current on industry associations and work with the AKA Modality Manager Leader and AKA Product Marketing Leader to plan conference attendance.
    • Collaborate with the AKA Product Marketing Leader to execute product-specific marketing strategies tailored to Western region accounts.
    • Serve as the primary product expertise contact for Korea Commercial teams covering the Western region.
    • Partner with the team to train and educate commercial teams, channel partners, and end-user customers on product portfolio, competitive positioning, and value propositions.
    • Attend end-user customer meetings in collaboration with Commercial and Application teams where appropriate.
    • Review funnel health for Western region accounts and collaborate with Korea Commercial teams to address pipeline concerns.
    • Assist in managing Customer Satisfaction Opportunity (CSO) cases and attend regional CSO escalation meetings as needed.
    • Participate in the development of product-specific Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the Western region.
    • Support the establishment of reference sites and show sites across Western region key accounts.
  • Clinical Application Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain in-depth product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competencies within the MS modality.
    • Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to help clinicians achieve optimal performance from GE HealthCare monitoring equipment.
    • Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions to prospective customers in the Eastern region.
    • Partner with customers to develop and administer clinical training programs aligned with Sales Order Agreements (SOA) to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
    • Coordinate clinical training delivery with an integrated account management approach including sales, project management, and service teams in accordance with SOA terms.
    • Drive revenue realization through execution of on-site and remote clinical education sessions.
    • Produce comprehensive, consistent, and timely documentation throughout the pre-to-post training lifecycle.
    • Provide ongoing post-installation training and support, and ensure customers are up to date with product enhancements.
    • Maintain customer relationships and communicate relevant product or customer concerns to PCS Management, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support.
    • Manage travel and lodging (T&L) budget efficiently, submit expense reports within guidelines, and maintain clear records compliant with all relevant policies.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and actively integrate user experience and clinical outcomes into every interaction.
  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Nurse background preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related commercial role.
    • Deep expertise in market and customer insights, product commercialization, and branding.
    • Proven track record of driving results; strong customer-facing presentation skills.
    • Collaborative team player with ability to work across in-zone and cross-zone stakeholders.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
    • Proficient use of software applications including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based tools.
    • Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and deliver digital education and training solutions.
    • Willingness to undergo background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background.
    • Must comply with all vendor credentialing requirements; willingness to register with vendor credentialing services as required by customer hospitals.
    • Proof of required immunizations (e.g., MMR, Hepatitis) and drug testing/screening as required by customer site access policies.
