• BA/BS in public health, international development, statistics, social science, or related field
• 2 or more years of work experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
• Experience with computer software including Microsoft suite, data collection, review and analysis tools.
• Project management and strategy development skills.
• Strong verbal communication and facilitation skills, including ability to present information and conduct training sessions.
• Strong written communication skills, including writing and editing training materials and reports.
