We are looking for a Monitor & Control operator that will monitor IT Infra applications and cloud to ensure the systems are running smoothly and at maximum efficiency, trouble shooting for any system failures.

Monitoring in Operation Center

• On-going monitoring of IT applications in the Command-and-Control System to identify any real-time failures
• First level analysis and resolution of any IT system issues
• Manage open issues as required
• Carry out any follow-up procedures required after any failure in a system
• Operate the Command-and-Control System
• Interface with IT teams in Israel and abroad and with hosting sites
• Maintain the functions tools and systems

Involve with Operational teams

• Be part of operational teams' projects
• Participate in ongoing projects and activities as required

Requirements

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree – a must. Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience - Significant Advantage
• Experience of at least 3 years as a Sys Admin in a large organization
• Ability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge in communications and experience with Cisco equipment
• Experience in CheckPoint FW, managing Windows and Unix/Linux servers, cloud and Kubernetes.
• SAP applications - Advantage
• High level of English, both verbal and written.
