About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Product Management to lead our Money Movement product portfolio as the L3 Product Manager. This role is accountable for the vision, strategy, and execution of a complex, enterprise‑scale product spanning ACH, wires, journals, and ACAT transfers within the brokerage industry.

In this role, you will:
Manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product strategy
Own and articulate the end‑to‑end product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap for Money Movement, aligned to enterprise priorities and regulatory requirements.
Lead large‑scale money movement transformation initiatives, including platform modernization, simplification, and scalable operating models.
Partner closely with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Architecture leaders to drive change and outcomes across a complex stakeholder ecosystem.
Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations
Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts, and multiple level managers
Drive disciplined execution through Scaled Agile frameworks, ensuring alignment from strategic epics to team‑level delivery.
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years of money movement transformation experience, preferably across wires, ACH, journals, and/or ACATs in the brokerage or financial services industry
Strong working knowledge of Scaled Agile delivery models and hands‑on experience with JIRA at enterprise scale
Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive‑level influencing skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and/or as a member of a high-performance team against aggressive deadlines
Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Leadership skills including coaching, training, and mentoring
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Job Expectations:
Registration for FINRA SIE and Series 99 must be completed within 120 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire
Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position
Ability to work hybrid in-office schedule, additional hours and shifts as needed
