Money Management Client Representative
Support People With Disabilities | Mission‑Driven Nonprofit | Ohio
Siffrin, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Money Management Client Representative to join our nonprofit team in Ohio. In this meaningful role, you’ll help individuals with disabilities manage their financial resources, access vital public benefits, and maintain greater independence and choice in their lives.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and distribute client funds using ethical, fiscally responsible practices
- Partner with Ohio County Boards and Service Support Administrators (SSAs) to ensure financial needs are reflected in the OhioISP
- Help clients access and maintain public benefits such as SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, Medicare, and VA benefits
- Complete monthly service billing and documentation using agency systems
- Communicate with internal leadership and monitoring agencies to ensure state and federal compliance
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, guardians, and providers
- Participate in ongoing training and uphold the Siffrin, Inc. Code of Ethics
QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred)
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or navigating benefit systems preferred
- Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, internet‑based systems)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check per Ohio agency guidelines
- Strong organization, communication, and compassion for others
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday | 7:30am–3:30pm (flexibility as needed)
- Office‑based with occasional local travel for meetings or training
- Serving communities across Ohio
