The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting and insights, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
The Monetisation Strategy & Operations Manager will be joining the Commercial Incentives and Policies team within the EUI MSO team. This organized individual must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, be flexible and able to take initiative when working independently or as part of the wider team. This role focuses on Data, Strategy, Reporting, Projects.
What You Will Do
- Lead and support cross-functional projects aimed at improving business processes, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness across EUI MSO and partner teams
- Identify improvement opportunities through structured analysis, stakeholder input, and market research; translate insights into actionable initiatives and execution roadmaps
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to deepen understanding of advertiser behavior, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and internal operational performance
- Drive ad-hoc strategic initiatives aligned with evolving business priorities, from problem definition through execution tracking and impact measurement
- Monitor commercial performance and define KPIs; ensure tracking via performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
