About this role

What you’ll be doing

  • Evolve the consumer monetization strategy across Marketplace, Subscription, and future integrated product offerings.
  • Lead commercial planning, prioritization, and operating cadence across pricing, promotions, lifecycle marketing, packaging, and retention initiatives.
  • Establish business performance reviews, forecasting processes, and commercial diagnostics that inform executive decision-making.
  • Partner with Consumer Growth, Product, Marketing, Pricing, Analytics, Finance, and Engineering to identify and prioritize the highest-impact revenue opportunities.
  • Evaluate tradeoffs across conversion, ARPU, customer lifetime value, retention, profitability, and long-term growth.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the Monetization organization.

What you’ll have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in strategy, monetization, consulting, pricing, growth, ecommerce, SaaS, or consumer technology.
  • Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align multiple organizations around complex decisions.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams and developing talent.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy.
