About the Team
The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.
Responsibilities
CRM Optimization and Process Development
- Partner with Sales teams and CRM teams to develop optimized CRM-related business processes
- Stay up-to-date with new CRM products and feature launches and ensure Sales teams are aligned
- Lead processes standardization projects independently across APAC and METAP markets and implement best practices and industry standards to optimize workflows
Sales Enablement
- Act as the 1st line support for Sales teams providing prompt assistance and troubleshooting for daily issues, develop and monitor Help Desk performance indicators, suggest sales process improvements based on insights from Helpdesk data;
- Produce SOP documents to enable sales on a self service process adaptation. Eg. FAQs docs, new SOP process, etc.
- Implement training programs or refresher courses for sales, and team members as needed to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
Business Analytics and Reporting
- Conduct in-depth analytical review of business operations and provide data-driven recommendations
- Prepare clear and concise management reporting via dashboard visualization that delivers actionable insights to leadership.
- Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams (Finance, HR/Payroll, Product, HQ Teams, etc.) with a strong client-focused and continuous improvement mindset.
