Job Description
The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling
TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting and
insights, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational
effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships
cross-functionally.
The Monetisation Strategy & Operations Manager will be joining the Central Planning and
Projects team within the EUI MSO team. It will be at the intersection of strategy setting, product
research, data analytics, and project management to gain a deep understanding of our business
and product, uncover growth opportunities, and lead execution in collaboration with sales and
cross-functional partners
Responsibilities:
• Lead and support cross-functional projects aimed at improving business processes,
operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness across EUI MSO and partner teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities through structured analysis, stakeholder input, and
market research; translate insights into actionable initiatives and execution roadmaps.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to deepen understanding of advertiser
behavior, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and internal operational performance.
• Drive ad-hoc strategic initiatives aligned with evolving business priorities, from problem
definition through execution tracking and impact measurement.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, and regional stakeholders to align on
objectives, coordinate execution, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
• Track progress and measure impact of initiatives, ensuring learnings are captured and
scalable solutions are implemented where applicable.
• Act as a flexible resource supporting priority programs across MSO as organizational needs
evolve.
