About the Team
The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement
- Provide day-to-day support to sales teams through the Global Help Desk, addressing inquiries related to accounts, performance tracking, knowledge management and internal tools.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve sales enablement materials, including playbooks, guides and resource hubs.
- Design and deliver training programs for sales processes, systems and key initiatives to ensure team readiness and effectiveness.
- Communicate updates on processes, tools and systems in a clear and timely manner to drive adoption and alignment across teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Global Ops, SSO, TPS, Finance, Legal etc.) to ensure consistency and accuracy of sales resources.
Accounts and Book of Business Management
- Manage account data integrity, including account tagging, updates and hierarchy maintenance within CRM systems.
- Support account team mapping, including ownership assignment, team structures and performance rules.
- Oversee Sales Unit (SU) creation and ongoing management to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and maintain the health of the book of business by identifying gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure proper account coverage and strategic alignment.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Conduct end-to-end assessments of sales and internal processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement scalable solutions to enhance productivity, streamline workflows and support revenue growth.
- Analyze operational metrics and performance data to track effectiveness and identify trends.
- Develop case studies and insights to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure the overall operational health and efficiency of the business.
- Drive automation and system enhancements where applicable to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
