Job Description

Monetization Product Manager商业化产品经理BeijingExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1. Design and continuously optimize commercial models such as subscription, pay-as-you-go, and benefit packages.
2. Drive continuous growth in payment rates and renewal rates through price experiments, benefit bundling, and optimization of trigger timing.
3. Tap into the value potential of different user groups, converting free users to paying users and encouraging paying users to upgrade continuously.
4. Collaborate closely with growth, operations, design, R&D, and data teams to integrate commercialization into the user experience, making it feel "natural" yet "irresistible".
5. Drive every commercial decision with data, focusing on key metrics such as payment rate, ARPPU, LTV, and ROI.
1、设计并不断优化订阅、按量付费、权益组合等商业化模式;
2、用价格实验、权益打包、触发时机优化,让付费率、续费率持续攀升;
3、挖掘不同用户群体的价值潜力,让免费用户转化为付费用户,让付费用户持续升级;
4、和增长、运营、设计、研发、数据团队紧密协作,把商业化融进用户体验,让它看起来“自然”又“无法拒绝”;
5、用数据驱动每一个商业化决策,盯紧付费率、ARPPU、LTV、ROI。Qualifications1. 3+ years of experience in commercialization/monetization product roles (experience with tools, SaaS, or AI products is a plus).
2. A proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth.
3. Familiarity with business models such as subscription, pay-as-you-go, and value-added benefits.
4. Skilled in using data analysis and experimental methods to optimize revenue structures.
5. Sensitive to commercialization, passionate about numbers, and responsible for results.
6. Experience in overseas commercialization and familiarity with international payment systems is preferred.
