Our team belongs to the Global Monetization Product and Technology-Business Integrity organization. The team's goal is to enhance the user experience on the TikTok platform, thereby improving the conversion efficiency of commercial content, by governing risks and addressing experience issues related to ad content and the after-conversion experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for After Conversion Experience (ACE) Governance within our Ads platform. This critical role sits within the Monetization Business Integrity organization, focusing on identifying, mitigating, and proactively governing risks associated with the user journey after they complete an ads conversion (e.g., app install, form submission, or purchase) on the advertiser’s site.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Risk Management/Integrity and has specific experience in ACE Governance, Ads Integrity that focuses on brand protection and user harm beyond the initial click.

Key Responsibilities

- ACE Governance Strategy: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for governing and improving the quality and safety of the after-conversion experience to protect user trust and platform integrity

- Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively identify, prioritize, and build automated defenses against high-impact integrity risks, particularly within key conversion channels

- Product Development & Execution: Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams to build scalable, automated detection and enforcement systems, leveraging machine learning and large-scale data analysis to monitor post-conversion compliance

- Measurement: Define key metrics to measure the effectiveness of ACE governance efforts and drive continuous product iteration based on data

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrity features are integrated seamlessly and achieve business goals
