We are the Monetization Data Foundation team, sitting within TikTok’s Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) organization. We empower business and product teams with scalable data infrastructure, tools, and insights to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of data-driven products within TikTok’s Monetization organization. In this role, you will define the vision, strategy, and execution of data products that empower business teams with actionable insights and scalable solutions.
You will act as a bridge between data, engineering, and business stakeholders, ensuring our data infrastructure and tools meet the needs of a fast-growing global business. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how data drives decision-making across TikTok’s monetization ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand monetization product details and business workflows and explore innovative but practical solutions to drive best practices for international business
- Identify key business metrics and translate them into actionable data solutions
- Deliver data products with framework-driven insights to support decision-making
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business challenges and align with short-term and long-term goals
- Develop a clear and consensus-driven roadmap, balancing immediate business needs with long-term product development
