Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Monetization Analyst to support data-driven revenue optimization strategies across our products. The ideal candidate will analyze user behavior, pricing models, and in-app purchase performance to identify opportunities that enhance monetization and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze monetization performance across games/products (ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, etc.)
  • Identify user behavior trends and translate insights into monetization opportunities
  • Collaborate with product, game design, and marketing teams to optimize revenue strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing and evaluate impact of pricing, offers, and in-game economies
  • Build dashboards and reports to track monetization performance and forecast revenue
  • Support development of pricing strategies, bundles, and promotional campaigns
  • Perform competitor analysis and market benchmarking

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Business, Statistics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, monetization, or product analytics (gaming industry preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
  • Understanding of mobile gaming monetization models (ads, IAP, hybrid models)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Good communication and reporting skills
