Job Summary

MacLean-Fogg is hiring a Molding Operator - 3rd Shift at our Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. In this role, you will operate assigned manufacturing equipment, verify product quality, perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments, and complete production documentation accurately.

  • Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
  • Work Arrangement: On-site
  • Schedule: 3rd Shift, Sunday night-Friday morning, 10:55 PM-7:00 AM
  • Employment Type: Full-time / Hourly

What You'll Do as a Molding Operator

  • Operate assigned manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor produced parts to ensure they meet quality-control requirements.
  • Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and make necessary adjustments.
  • Use basic measuring instruments to verify product specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints when applicable and complete first-piece inspections as needed.
  • Complete required production and quality documentation fully and accurately.
  • Follow established written and verbal work instructions.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • No specific education requirement.
  • Typically, a minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
  • Machine operation skills.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to interpret work instructions and blueprints when applicable.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to complete documentation accurately.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • This role involves repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • The position requires standing for extended periods.
  • Employees in this role must be able to push or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent bending and stooping are required.
  • The role requires the dexterity to handle small objects.
  • This position is performed in a noisy manufacturing environment.
