We are seeking an experienced and strategic team member who wants to grow within Tarkett. In this position you will have the opportunity to operate various production equipment and perform multiple functions within the Molding & Finishing department for Tarkett Middlefield. Compensation
$22.66 trainee wage rate, with increase to $24.67 after certified on first job, plus shift premium of $1.50 for Nights and $2.00 for Afternoons. There are 4 operator levels that allow for additional pay increases based on cross training. Annual merit increases and more!
