Job Description

• Assist in controlling the molding process to ensure parts meet required quality standards.
• Assist in ensuring that the Following Cards are up to date and contain the pertinent information to produce quality parts.
• Assist in overseeing training of Molding Team Members to ensure that they are knowledgeable in the production of quality parts.
• Assist in ensuring the Team have and use proper equipment to produce a quality product.
• Assist in overseeing to ensure that the Following Cards are followed by Team Members.
• Assist in training the Molding Team Members to perform their required work both safely and efficiently.
• Assist training the department Team Members to understand and follow the information on the Following Cards.
• Monitor the Following Cards in the Molding Department daily to ensure they are in process conformance.
• And, any additional duties that may be assigned by Management.
