Position: Mold Technician
Location: Chatham, NY
Pay: A range of $24.00 - $29.10 an hour based on experience (+ $1.00 an hour for 3rd shift differential pay)
Shift: Swing shift- alternates one week, 7am-3pm and the next week 3pm-11pm
or straight 3rd shift- 11pm-7am

For this position, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our injection molding team. The Mold Technician is responsible for installing, removing, and maintaining molds in our injection molding machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime and ensuring that machines are set up correctly and safely. This role may include training in other departments for less experienced applicants given that exposure to other functional areas will be important for further progression beyond the Mold Technician role.
