Regal Boats is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Mold Repair Specialist. Lamination Mold Repair Specialists are responsible for meticulously inspecting and enhancing molds within the lamination department, ensuring optimal performance for critical shipbuilding processes. Successful candidates will execute precise repairs, implement preventive maintenance strategies tailored for lamination, and collaborate seamlessly with production teams to maintain smooth schedules. Bring your expertise to our team and play a key role in the longevity and efficiency of molds in the lamination department.

Work Environment
Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature, reaching over 100 degrees Fahrenheit at times.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend at the waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time. The employee is frequently required to climb into and out of the boats using stairs. The employee must frequently be able to lift 50 pounds, work 10-hour days with most of the time being on their feet, and work overtime, whether planned or unplanned.
