Environmental Conditions
Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
Perform complex repairs, maintenance, and modifications on plastic injection
molds, ensuring optimal operating conditions according to specifications and draw-
ings.
• Operate Tool Room equipment with high competence and safety standards (CNC
milling machines, CNC lathes, conventional machining, EDM, grinding machines,
manual and ultrasonic polishing, welding for repairs).
• Diagnose and solve issues related to mold cycle performance, mold-machine inter-
action, tools, and accessories.
• Supervise collaborators during specific mold shop tasks when required.
• Perform reverse engineering of plastic parts and injection molds. • Identify and propose machining cost reduction projects. • Ensure compliance with internal Quality and EHS requirements. • Apply leadership principles ensuring adherence to the 4 I’s and Code of Ethics and Conduct. • Prepare reports as required.
