OUR TEAM
In the Mold Engineering Team, we aim to develop and optimize curing molds and associated tooling that ensure product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and compliance with tire design requirements.
MISSION
In this role, he/she/they will:
1. Design curing molds and tooling solutions: Develop dimensional technical standards and detailed designs for curing mold components and associated tooling based on tire geometrical definitions and engineering requirements.
2. Ensure manufacturing readiness and data quality: Provide accurate and timely manufacturing data, including design drawings, technical specifications, and bill of materials, to support mold manufacturing and production activities.
3. Support continuous improvement and technical problem-solving: Collaborate with manufacturing teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues, improve tooling performance, and support the effective use of design and manufacturing data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing curing mold components and associated tooling according to technical standards and customer requirements
Creating and maintaining engineering drawings, design documentation, and bills of materials
Ensuring mold definitions comply with design guidelines and manufacturing constraints
Supporting mold manufacturing teams with technical expertise and troubleshooting
Analyzing tooling performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Assisting in the resolution of dimensional, quality, and manufacturing issues
Collaborating with product, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the development process
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to mold and tooling design
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Experience in mechanical design, tooling design, mold design, or manufacturing engineering environments
Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork capabilities
Business proficiency in Thai and English
Preferred
Experience with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD)
Knowledge of mold manufacturing, tooling processes, or industrial production environment
