  • Repair and modify multi-cavity injection molds through machining, grinding and polishing, and coordinating outside welding when necessary
  • Sustain a preventive maintenance program for every mold, with a repair history for each tool
  • Act on work orders from the Manufacturing and Engineering teams, confirm the root cause, and support mold qualification after repairs

  • Keep the tool room safe, organized and clean

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years as a mold machinist or toolmaker on plastic injection molds (5+ preferred); journeyman card or completed apprenticeship preferred

  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with multi-cavity, tight-tolerance molds and hot runner systems
  • Working knowledge of SolidWorks or a similar CAD system
  • CNC programming (CAM)
  • Experience in a small shop handling everything from repairs to vendor management
