Job Description

What you’ll do:

Responsible for market development and sales management of Low Voltage Electrical products within the Data Center Cooling OEM segment, including HAVC Air Cooling, Liquid Cooling (CDU), Chiller, pumps and other… Develop and execute industry growth strategies around key accounts and ecosystem partners to drive sustainable sales growth. Leverage deep industry insights and solution-based selling approaches to increase Eaton’s market share among Data Center-related OEM customers.

1. Industry Strategy & Market Development
Develop and execute sales strategies and annual business plans for the Data Center Cooling segment.
Analyze industry trends, including AI computing infrastructure, liquid cooling, 800VDC architecture, and other emerging technologies, translating market insights into sustainable growth opportunities.
Conduct competitive analysis and assess industry dynamics to define Eaton’s differentiated value proposition and competitive positioning.

2. Strategic Account Development
Build and strengthen relationships with key Data Center end users and ecosystem stakeholders, including Alibaba, Tencent, ByteDance, NVIDIA, Google, Amazon, and local cooling key players such as Envicool, Shenling, Haiwu, Tongfei, Airsys and etc.
Establish multi-level customer engagement networks, identify key decision-makers and influencers, and drive vendor approval and brand specification activities.

3. OEM Ecosystem Management & Solution Selling
Develop and manage relationships across the Data Center Cooling OEM ecosystem, including Air Cooling, Liquid Cooling and related industriy customers.
Understand customer requirements and develop tailored sales strategies and value-driven solutions.
Lead the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to project award, ensuring effective pipeline management and successful project execution through cross-functional collaboration with technical, product, and commercial teams.

4. Business Performance & Sales Management
Deliver segment sales targets, revenue growth, and market share objectives.
Manage sales forecasting processes and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with strong visibility and accuracy.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Industry Engagement
Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales teams to develop industry-specific solutions and go-to-market initiatives.
Represent Eaton in industry forums, conferences, and customer events, enhancing brand awareness and strengthening market influence within the Data Center ecosystem."

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Preferred majors include Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy Engineering, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), or other related technical disciplines.
  3. Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales and/or solution selling.
  4. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and account management within the Data Center Cooling industry (mandatory requirement).
  5. Proven experience in selling to OEM customers, preferably within the Data Center Cooling ecosystem.
  6. Preferred Industry Background (Priority Order) Highly Preferred
  7. Cooling solutions and HVAC equipment manufacturers serving Data Center applications.
  8. Understanding of Data Center Cooling Systems and related applications.
  9. Knowledge of the Data Center Cooling ecosystem, including customer landscape, stakeholder profiles, and industry dynamics.
  10. Good understanding of customer procurement processes, buying behaviors, and decision-making mechanisms within Data Center Cooling organizations and ecosystem partners.
  11. Demonstrated experience in industry management, business development, or segment management.
  12. Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  13. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and matrix organizations.
  14. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  15. Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
