Overview: As a Bizagi Team Lead, candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers and analysts in the design, development, and deployment of business process management solutions using the Bizagi platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Bizagi Modeler, Studio, Forms, and Apps, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to guide and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers and analysts in the implementation of BPM solutions using Bizagi.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as business analysts and stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize Bizagi Modeler to create detailed process models, including workflows, data entities, and business rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes and requirements accurately.
• Ensure that process models adhere to best practices and are optimized for efficiency and scalability.
• Design and develop business process applications using Bizagi Studio, including process automation, integrations, and user interfaces.
• Customize and configure Bizagi Studio to meet specific business requirements, leveraging its capabilities for workflow automation and data management.
• Perform testing and quality assurance to validate the functionality and performance of developed applications.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly forms and interfaces using Bizagi Forms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Develop mobile applications and responsive web interfaces using Bizagi Apps, catering to various devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and functional user interfaces that enhance user engagement and productivity.
• Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of the Bizagi platform, as well as industry best practices in BPM and software development.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, leveraging Bizagi's advanced features and integration capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, implementing process enhancements and adopting new tools or methodologies to increase efficiency and quality.
