Job Description

• Membuat Modul-modul Training Khusus Agen Asuransi Jiwa:
• Mengembangkan materi pelatihan yang mencakup soft skill, sales skill, dan pengetahuan dasar tentang asuransi jiwa. Modul ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan agen dalam mengelola bisnis asuransi jiwa.
• Memberikan Train The Trainer (TTT) untuk Modul-modul Agen:
• Melatih para trainer agar mereka dapat menyampaikan materi pelatihan dengan efektif kepada agen. Ini termasuk pembekalan teknik presentasi dan pemahaman mendalam tentang modul yang akan diajarkan.
• Dokumentasi Modul-modul Training:
• Menyusun dan menyimpan semua dokumen terkait modul pelatihan agen asuransi jiwa dengan sistematis, agar mudah diakses dan diperbarui sesuai kebutuhan.
• Memastikan materi-materi pelatihan untuk agen, terutama mandatory training, tetap up to date.
• Membuat Learning/Activity Tools untuk pembelajaran Agen Asuransi Jiwa
• Mengembangkan tools berupa learning tools atau activity tools mencakup skrip-skrip penjualan atau pengembangan bisnis, video-video pembelajaran, dan juga activity tracker, dan sebagainya, untuk membantu agen dalam mengembangkan bisnis atau aktivitas.
• Mengkoordinasi Training Mandatory Compliance:
• Bekerja sama dengan tim compliance untuk memastikan agen mengikuti pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan peraturan dan standar compliance. Ini mencakup penjadwalan, penyediaan materi, dan komunikasi.
