What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Modification Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Process policy changes according to agent and client requests
• Communicate with advisors through internal tools (Business Tracker)
• Handle urgent cases in collaboration with internal partners
• Ensure accuracy and quality when processing contract modifications
• Prioritize and manage workload efficiently based on incoming requests

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is known for their strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
• Stands out for their autonomy and ability to work independently
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Is recognized for their ability to learn quickly and navigate complex processes
• Has 2–3 years of experience in insurance administration or a related field

The typical hiring range for this position is between $47,544 and $78,090 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
