As our Construction Project Manager, you willown a variety of action itemsincluding, but not limited to,maintaining/updating the agreed upon schedule, status of project resources(including material, labor, etc.), andprocurement related responsibilities (such as subcontracts and vendors)You would ensurequality is addressed throughout the project life cyclethrough metrics and acting on punch-list items.
You will bring2+ years of relevantconstructionproject managementexpertise to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelor’s degree or7+ years of relevant working experience.

The hiring range for this role is $105,100.00– $137,970.00The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location
