職務の概要

Red Hatは、日本企業のレガシーモダナイゼーションを加速させるため、最新のAI駆動型開発（AI-Driven Development）を基盤とした新しいコンサルティング・プラクティスを立ち上げます。

本ポジションは、Red Hatコンサルタントおよび戦略的パートナー企業と連携し、デリバリーにおける技術標準の定義、アーキテクチャの策定、および高度な技術指導を統括するテクニカルリーダー職です。AI技術を開発・移行プロセスに深く統合し、従来のモダナイゼーションを圧倒的に効率化する「技術プラクティス」を構築・推進することがミッションです。

主な責任範囲 (Responsibilities)

■ 技術プラクティスの定義とエンジニアリング標準化

• 最新のAI駆動開発ツールを組み込んだ、モダナイゼーション専用の技術パイプラインおよび標準デリバリープラクティスの策定。

• レガシー資産（COBOL、Java等）からモダンアーキテクチャ（クラウドネイティブ、マイクロサービス）への移行における技術整合性の確保とガイドライン作成。

■ パートナーへの技術イネーブルメントと実践的指導

• 定義した技術プラクティスを、Red Hatコンサルタントおよび戦略パートナーのエンジニアに対して伝承。

• ハンズオン、プロトタイピング、技術デモを通じた高度なスキルトランスファーの実施。

• 最新のAI技術トレンドを実案件に適用するためのトレーニングプログラムの企画。

■ 技術ガバナンスとクオリティ・アシュアランス

• パートナーが提供するデリバリーの技術的品質を監視し、イネーブルメントの進捗を技術的習熟度の観点から可視化・管理。

• 現場のフィードバックに基づき、プラクティスを技術的に継続改善する。
  
  

必要なスキルと経験 (Skills & Experience)

• 基幹系システム開発: 20年以上。大規模な基幹システムの設計・実装経験があり、ミッションクリティカルな要件を深く理解していること。

• モダナイゼーション: 5年以上。リプラットフォーム、リファクタリング、リアーキテクト案件のリード経験。特にクラウド移行の技術課題に精通していること。

• AI駆動型開発: 3年以上。開発プロセスへのAI導入、自動化の実践経験。プロンプトエンジニアリングやAIによるコード生成・テストの知見。

• クラウドネイティブ: 最新のソフトウェア開発・運用プロセス（Cloud Native, DevOps等）に関する深い理解。

• 技術トレンドの理解: 最新のAI技術トレンドの深い理解。生成AI、LLMのエンタープライズ適用における技術的制約と可能性を、実装レベルで理解していること。
