In the area of Modern Workplace (IT Desktop Service), we shape not only technology but above all acceptance, usage and the added value of modern ways of working. Microsoft 365, automation and AI (e.g. Copilot) are integral parts of our everyday work – with a strong focus on enablement, change and user experience.

Your role:

As a Modern Workplace Engagement Manager, you are the bridge between IT and the business departments.

You ensure that new technologies are not only introduced, but also understood, adopted and used sustainably. You work closely with engineering, security and business teams and manage adoption, communication and enablement around the Modern Workplace.

Your responsibilities:

Change, Adoption & Enablement:

  • Development and implementation of adoption and change concepts for Microsoft-365, automation and AI solutions (e.g. Copilot)
  • Planning and execution of awareness campaigns, trainings, workshops and roadshows
  • Building and maintaining collections of use cases, best practices and success stories
  • Close collaboration with multipliers, champions and key users

User focus & User Experience:

  • Analysis of user needs, feedback and pain points
  • Derivation of concrete improvement measures for tools, processes and communication
  • Support in designing a consistent and understandable user experience in the Modern Workplace

Communication & Interface Management:

  • Translation of complex IT and security topics into clear, target-group-oriented communication
  • Central interface between IT, business departments, management and external partners
  • Support for leaders in introducing new ways of working

Requirements & Project Support:

  • Recording, structuring and prioritizing requirements from the business departments
  • Supporting Modern-Workplace projects from a change, communication and adoption perspective
  • Close coordination with engineering teams (e.g. Modern Workplace Engineers) for user-centered implementation

Your profile:

Must-haves:

  • Experience in change management, adoption, enablement or internal communication in an IT/digital environment
  • Very good understanding of Microsoft-365 collaboration and productivity tools
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Very good German and fluent English skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with AI or automation solutions (e.g. Copilot, Power Platform)
  • Experience working with stakeholders at different levels (business department, management, IT)
  • Basic understanding of IT security, compliance or governance topics
  • Experience in international or hybrid working environments
