As our Modern Workplace Enablement Lead, you'll help unlock the full potential of the technologies shaping the future of work. This role sits at the intersection of people, technology and business performance, ensuring our investment in Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform translates into real-world impact. You'll work with teams across the business to improve productivity, simplify processes and identify new opportunities where AI and automation can make a difference. From enabling colleagues to embrace new ways of working to accelerating innovative solutions, you'll play a key role in building the digital capabilities that power our future.

This is a role with real influence. You'll combine technology expertise with business insight, helping teams work smarter while creating sustainable internal capability that reduces reliance on external partners.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform across the business, helping colleagues get more value from the tools they use every day.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation and digital innovation that improve productivity, simplify processes and support business growth.
• Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to turn ideas and business challenges into practical, high-impact solutions.
• Develop proofs of concept, prototypes and automation solutions that demonstrate value and accelerate business improvement.
• Enable and support citizen developers through coaching, guidance and reusable frameworks that build confidence and capability.
• Review solution designs and supplier recommendations to ensure technology investments are scalable, secure and aligned to business needs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Automate and low-code technologies.
• A track record of delivering AI, automation or digital workplace solutions that create measurable business value.
• Experience leading technology adoption, enablement or change initiatives and helping people embrace new ways of working.
• The ability to translate business requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• An understanding of governance, security and compliance principles within a modern technology environment.
• Curiosity, initiative and a passion for exploring emerging technologies and AI innovation.
