6.通过沟通,使片区内相关的销售团队执行及完成各项客户工作,包括销售、促销费用、陈列,并对其工作成绩作出合理而真实的评价
7.及时、真实地收集及整理相关客户的各类报告;依据真实数据及市场发展情况,做出初步分析
8.对竞争品牌活动、重点客户销售及市场投入进行跟踪,依据公司销售、市场策略提供相关报告、建议
9.按公司及相关部门管理流程要求,负责理货员招聘、离职初审工作及日常管理、工作指导、培训和业绩评估
