Gear Inc. is looking for Moderation Team Leaders to join our Moderation team. Ideal candidates will join our team to assist in supervising a team, reasonably assuring team's performance to meet clients' requirement and escalating abnormal issues when required. Leaders should be capable of providing answers to both simple and complicated questions (from the team or clients) in a timely manner.
Your main responsibilities are:
Supervise team members and be able to arrange or cover members working shifts if necessary;
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
Handle clients' complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution;
Meet personal/team targets;
Keep records of issues/problems for further investigation;
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
Work with managers about clients' feedback;
Personal traits and self-management skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast-paced work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content.
Job Requirements:
Good command in English;
Good at Business Communication;
Familiar with data analysis;
Able to join immediately;
Self-learning ability and can-do attitude;
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient skills with office applications
Willing to work on roasting shifts, weekends and public holidays.
