Job Information:

A crucial position charged with preserving and improving the caliber of content moderation activities inside an organization is the Moderation Senior Quality Assurance (QA). It will include managing the moderator performance evaluation, making sure content restrictions are followed, and putting quality control measures in place.

Location Kolkata, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee an effective program for content moderation quality assurance.
• Create and implement methods for evaluating the quality of products, such as audits and random sampling.
• Doing thorough analyses of their behavior, evaluate the performance of content moderators.
• To improve the moderators' efficacy, give them guidance and constructive criticism.

• Keep track of each person's and the team's performance.

• Ensure that content moderation practices adhere to specified platform and content policies.
• Find instances of non-compliance or consistency in moderation judgments and correct them.
• To support ongoess, create a feedback loop between the teams in operation and QA evaluations.
• Work together with the moderating team leaders to resolve problems that have been found and put corrective measures in place.

• Maintain thorough records of QA evaluations and conclusions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a discipline (like communications, quality assurance, or a related one) that is applicable.
• Fluent in English. At least C1 level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
• A track record of success in quality assurance or content moderation roles emphasizing process improvement.
• High levels of critical and analytical thinking.
• Excellent ability to notice errors and pay attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with QA software and tools.
• Knowledge of the content standards and norms for internet platforms.
• The capacity to coach and deliver constructive criticism.
• Talents in data analysis and reporting.
• Team management experience is preferred.
