We are recruiting a multi-discipline BIM Modeler with expertise across HVAC, Fire, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV & 3rd Fix. This position supports a large-scale project at HIA and requires end-to-end coordination of MEP systems within BIM.
Develop and maintain detailed BIM models across all MEP systems.
Conduct clash detection and coordinate with multiple trades.
Ensure high-quality modeling standards and documentation.
Update models based on site changes and revised drawings.
Attend coordination meetings and provide technical inputs.
Bachelors degree.
Minimum 5 years of multi-discipline BIM experience.
Strong MEP coordination skills.
Excellent proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)
